A Trade Partner Headquarters Built on Trust and Collaboration

Crain Construction delivered a new headquarters and flex facility for long-time glazing partner McInerney & Associates on a five-acre site. The 20,000-square-foot building combines office, warehouse, and manufacturing space designed to support day-to-day operations while also showcasing McInerney’s glazing capabilities throughout the facility. The project reflects a unique level of collaboration between two teams that have worked together for years on multiple Middle Tennessee projects.
