Fairlane Hotel

About This Project

Through an urban adaptive reuse project, Crain Construction converted a former bank headquarters into The Fairlane, a 72-room, mid-century modern boutique hotel in downtown Nashville. The project included asbestos abatement and demolition, removing old mechanical equipment and installing new systems, converting rooftop mechanical space to a 13th floor penthouse unit with a wraparound terrace and extending three elevators an additional story. Crain Construction planned ahead to keep auto and pedestrian traffic moving in this busy, urban area. The Fairlane has eight floors of guest rooms, terrace level indoor and outdoor dining, meeting space, offices, a fitness center and a first-floor coffee shop, lounge and lobby.
