Relationship of Trust Drives Auto Dealership Renovations

Renovation of the Lexus of Cool Springs auto dealership is our latest project for Performance Automotive in a relationship that spans 30 years and includes both new build and renovations.

Crain Construction built the Lexus dealership in 1997, and for this renovation, we teamed with eight subcontractors and suppliers who also worked on the original structure.

The Lexus service center remained open during the renovation as Performance Automotive trusted us to keep their customers and employees safe during construction.

Project highlights:

  • The renovation included a new roof for the service and showroom areas, addition of a new car delivery area, upgraded customer service lounge, and a small addition to the sales and office areas, bringing the total building area to 27,555 square feet.
  • The building exterior was modernized with tall glass windows surrounding the show room and new Aluminum Composite Panel cladding.
  • Includes a Lexus Technology Center, a showroom for the innovative and advanced technology available with vehicles.
  • Other projects for Performance Automotive include a ground-up, 50,000-square-foot Rivergate Toyota, and a new build 58,035-square-foot Lexus of Nashville.
