Southeast Venture Headquarters Underscores Crain’s Relationship Building

When the designers, developers and architects at Southeast Venture decided to build a new company headquarters, they tapped the general contractor they trust as a client and partner.

The project reunited three companies with long-standing relationships: Southeast Venture, their development partner H.G. Hill Realty and Crain Construction. We have built numerous structures for H.G. Hill Realty and Southeast Venture over multiple decades.

Project highlights:

  • The exterior of the new headquarters features a simple and clean material palette of contrasting brick tones, punched storefront windows, architectural steel and aluminum composite panels.
  • The interior is an open, light-filled work environment with exposed ceilings and a layout that provides multiple options for individual work and meeting spaces.
  • Aluminum folding glass walls open onto a multi-functional outdoor amenity area to include a putting green, bocce ball court, cornhole, grilling area and integrated bench seating.
  • Our crew work closely with neighboring businesses during construction to coordinate and minimize any inconveniences.
