Loden Vision

When Loden Vision Centers set its sights on expanding in middle Tennessee with a world-class vision center and two new clinics, company officials engaged the general contractor they trusted.

First, we built a corporate headquarters and medical facility for Loden Vision Centers. The new corporate headquarters in Goodlettsville united 115 employees in one location. It also brought new optical services to the area north of Nashville and established a new brand look.

Loden Vision Centers was so confident in the product provided by Crain Construction, that before the grand opening ribbon was cut on their new corporate headquarters, they awarded us several new build and renovation projects.

Project highlights:

• Extremely electrical heavy headquarters building, with at least eight outlets per office, building automation system controls, and the LASIK suite is on its own service.
• The building houses an ophthalmology clinic, a LASIK suite, an optical dispensary, and other services with state-of-the-art equipment on the main floor.
• Corporate offices, a break room, and two tenant spaces are located on the second floor.
• Good rapport with the City of Goodlettsville and Metro Nashville resulted in an efficient permitting process.
• The clinic was completed two months ahead of schedule.
• The headquarters project was awarded an Eagle Award for Excellence in Construction from ABC Tennessee.
