The four-story Pleasant Grove Office Building was constructed on a two-acre site just north of I-40 to help fill the need for Class A office space and accommodate increasing commercial development in fast-growing Mt. Juliet, Tenn.

Project highlights:

Steel structure with a glass front, exterior brick and aluminum composite panels and Nichiha fiber cement panels.
Two elevators service the building tenants.
All lighting is LED.
Balconies on west site offer views towards downtown Nashville.
Landscaped courtyard and surface parking lot.
