NASHVILLE, Tenn.— Crain Construction Inc. has added two experienced superintendents to the general contracting firm.
J.R. Howell has four decades of experience with new build, renovation and build-out projects for healthcare, retail and industrial clients across the Southeast and the Southwest. He is currently serving as superintendent for Crain Construction’s Staybridge Suites project.
Frank Perez has been a project engineer or superintendent for healthcare, higher education and office projects in Florida and is a superintendent for Crain Construction’s First & Main project in Franklin, Tenn. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Florida International University.
