Class A Office Structure Built for Growing Mt. Juliet Area

The four-story Pleasant Grove Office Building was constructed on a two-acre site just north of I-40 to help fill the need for Class A office space and accommodate increasing commercial development in fast-growing Mt. Juliet, Tenn.

Project highlights:

  • Steel structure with a glass front, exterior brick and aluminum composite panels and Nichiha fiber cement panels.
  • Two elevators service the building tenants.
  • All lighting is LED.
  • Balconies on west site offer views towards downtown Nashville.
  • Landscaped courtyard and surface parking lot.
