We partner with organizations to help others positively impact our communities.
Our employee volunteers rebuild homes, serve meals to those in need, walk for charitable causes, and support social profits, working to improve the quality of life for all Middle Tennesseans.
We support creating a more beautiful and functional Nashville through socially conscious design by engaging with the Civic Design Center. Teaming with our architect partners, we have created temporary public parks for the annual PARK(ing) Day and constructed a “Barklet” for our furry four-legged friends.
We have an ongoing tradition of teaming with Rebuilding Together Nashville and using our construction skills to make critical home repairs for seniors and low-income homeowners so they can remain in their neighborhoods.
We sort, prepare and pack food in the Second Harvest warehouse to help those who struggle with hunger daily. The Rib Off competitions we’ve hosted have corporate teams vying for the championship, but the real winner is Second Harvest.
We volunteer and donate to the Mobile Food Pantry, helping further its mission of distributing healthy foods to families who do not have access to it due to economic, social, or physical barriers.
We lace up our tennis shoes and walk as a team to support the American Heart Association to make healthier and longer lives possible. Our team enjoys morning comradery, exercise, and raising money during the Heart Walks.
It is often more fun to give than to receive, especially when it comes to collecting toys for the annual Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program. If you stop by our office during the holiday campaign, don’t be surprised if you find a couple of grown adults “testing” the toys.
